Purchases & Payments

 
  • We accept payments using debit or credit card, as well as PayPal.

  • After you have made a payment a on-screen confirmation will display. Additionally a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided.

  • If you do not recieve an email within 24hrs, please ensure to check your junk box. If you still cannot find confirmation email, please contact us and will send you the email again.

  •  Delivery charges will be added to your purchase at checkout.

Delivery

 
  • The cost of delivery is £4.99 per package.

  • Standard delivery option only.

  • Delivery to UK mainland only.

  • Specific time slot is not available.

  • Signature required.

  • Delivered in 3-4 working days from purchase.

  • Notification sent when dispatched. 

  • Three attempts will be made to deliver you parcel.

 

Please note: 

If your parcel is returned to our warehouse after three attempts of delivery from the courier. We will send you an email asking if you still wish to keep the item. If no response is provided within 24hrs an automatic refund will be issued covering the cost of products only. Should you wish to keep the item, you will need to make an addition payment to cover the cost of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

 
  • We inspect goods before they are despatched and cannot accept claims for damages that have occurred in transit.

  • We will not exchange or refund unless goods purchased are faulty.

  • Any claims of faulty good must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • If you do need to return a faulty item, we'll process it in accordance with our refund policy.

  • Replacement goods will only be sent out if available once the returns are received and checked.

  • We will not refund the cost incurred to you for sending faulty item back to us, nor do we refund the delivery charge of sending the item to you in the first instance.

  • Product must be unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.

  • Please note we are unable to accept returns that have been used, damaged by the customer, not in original packaging.

  • If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

  • Any item to be returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery.

  • Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

Who is Ralf Smith?

MyStyle Hedz is a brand that came to fruition on extremely limited resource. As Azana Dominion Ltd did not want to comprise the quality, focal characteristic, and durability of product, MyStyle HEDz started with a mould from a well-established Artisan Ralf Smith.

 

Will you restock after you sell out?

Unfortunately not as we are making some operational changes. However, we hope to be back the following year, hence why we are still running our doll competition for your child to be the new face of MyStyle Hedz Doll.
